Simply love this generous and very lovely serving spoon! What a find! Better even than a spatula for serving more liquid items at the table. Cannot recommend it more highly.

Best serving spoon ever! I've been looking for a long time for a nice flat serving spoon and was delighted to find this gem! I've used smaller deep serving spoons in the past but when you're serving casseroles and other dishes that require a heaping serving this spoon can't be beat! The spoon is nice and wide and more importantly nice and flat. If anything it resembles and ice cream paddle but is dressier and more appropriate for the dinner table. A+++++++ on this one.
just what was needed In the photo the bowl of this spoon appears circular but in fact it is a large elongated oval. It is also much larger than it appears in the photo. On the other hand although it is oddly shaped it does a wonderful job of dishing out humongous servings of my macaroni and cheese casserole. It is exactly what I needed.
A Very Substantial Purchase This spoon is solid large and perfect for serving. I bought 2 and plan to buy more.
A big big spoon! Yamazaki has always built great flatware but this spoon takes the cake the casserole the salad the stew and anything else you can haul with it. It's hefty it's big and even at 11 inches long the handle betrays its bowl size which is 4.5 long by 2.8 wide. And yes it WILL last forever. You know that program Life after People? This spoon will be around 60000 years after people! I bought a wonderful WMF oversized spoon but the handle was so thin it was difficult to handle. This spoon is for the big jobs.

Best spoon ever In 46 years of marriage I have never had a better made spoon. I was so impressed with thequality. I use alot of wooden utensils and this is the best I have now.
Quality Very good quality. I would not call this small. It is sized for most kitchen tasks. I will be purchasing more.
good basic wooden spoon There isn't much to say about this spoon it's a spoon.The length and depth of this spoon are ideal for stirring things in a pot which is the primary purpose I use it for. It seems pretty sturdy and it has a hole in the end of the handle to hang it up by. Every once in awhile I rub some mineral oil on it which is supposed to keep the wood conditioned. I've had this spoon for over six months now and it's still working fine.

Great at first and then I have had this spoon for 5 months now. I love the weight of it and how it feels. However after 5 months of use and despite my TLC it is starting to split in the middle. I have always hand washed it and have oiled it. The HIC ASIN B001APLJYK HIC Harold Imports Olive Wood Spoon 12Inch spoon that I bought at the same time is still in pristine condition. I guess you get what you pay for. Go for the solid olive wood.
Wooden spoon The minute we used this spoon we found that at the end of our meal the entire spoon was cracked. This didn't last long.I would not order this spoon again.
So Sad After 1 week this spoon split right down the middle didn't drop it or anything.
Trre Branch I bought this Oxo product because plan and simple Oxo makes good stuff and we needed some new woooden utensil's. I think they used a whole tree in making this thing. It is alot thicker than i thougt it would be and man o live is it sturdy but when you got a inch thick handle and such it shoudl be that way. For us it is a little more than what we need but ehy better to have too much than not enough. Quality product that wouldnt hesistate to buy again.
pretty good for a while These are nice looking and easy to use BUT they are so narrow at the tip that the tips of two of my spoons broke off while I was stirring. Both times we were expecting company and I had to make the embarrassing announcement that there was a lost piece of wood somewhere in the food and to chew carefully.
Love the spoon We love the spoon. The size and depth of the spoon head is great. The handle is comfortable and easy to hold during use. It did not come as entirely raw wood I believe it was slightly oiled. However considering to amount of use it gets in our kitchen it falls a little short. I have simply applied the wood oil I have for our wooden cutting boards and it's now even better. I highly recommend this spoon for the active kitchen.

Norpro Large Colored Scoop ounces Not a necessity, but fun!
fast friendly service I gave this scoop as a Christmas present and it was a big hit.
Not a necessity but fun! This is something you really don't need. Yet I love it and am so glad I have it! It's perfect for scooping nuts M&M's etc. on to a plate and knowing no grubby hands have entered the bowl. Plus it's a cute touch.

Le Creuset BB0733 30 Amazon com Exclusive Wonderful!
Le Creuset BB0733 sillicone spatulas I got tired of the cheap spatulas falling off the handles or turning yellow so I opted for the Le Creuset BB073316 Amazon.com Exclusive 3Piece Silicone Spatula Set White and so far I haven't been disappointed.
Wood handles. Cobalt blue. Silicone cooking implements with plastic handles are dumb unless you enjoy melted handles. These feel nice in the hand and I can lean them against the sides of a hot pan. I like the color a lot I suppose there must be folks who like the California palette that is infesting goods everywhere the weird oranges and greens that I swear are a practical joke. But I digress. These are good. Buy them and be happy. They're softer than traditional plastic spatulas so they clean bowls and pans better than the stiffer ones. Great for cooking and mixing.
Nice useful set These seem to be high quality and an excellent addition to your kitchen. I like the wood handles as you won't find them slippery to use regardless how messy your hands might have become while mixing stirring or cleaning. Nice they are made in USA too.
Cooks essential These are heat resistant and are stiff enough to stir a very heavy batter or scrape the good brown bits off the bottom of a skillet. My favorite thing is that the handles do not get hot when I leave it in the pot.
Like it not sure it's worth the money I do like these spatulas a lot but I'm not sure that the price difference between them and cheaper spatulas justifies the purchase. The sturdy handle is definitely nice and a noticeable upgrade over the basic. But at the end of the day it is just a spatula.
great spatulas Really like the heat resistance of these spatulas. Really do not like the wooden handles. One of them bit the dust before I got the plastic wrapper off because the livein pooch found them irresistably chewy. The handles come off not good with heavy batters and of course they cannot go in dishwasher or especially be left accidentally in a bowl of water. Even though they are fairly slick soaking is necessary to remove burned on sugar from making caramel syrup. You have to be very careful to only soak the silicone tip not the handle. I do wish the description had stated the handles were wooden. I would have bought something else. So the four stars is because they are truly nice quality but the drawbacks make them not my favorites.
Second time purchase because they are so great These work great. I bought these same ones for a second time for a different house. They are sturdy and the wood doesn't burn like plastic does when cooking.
MADE IN THE USA I was so happy to receive these items. They are well made work well the handle feels good in the hand and they are not made in China. They were also less expensive than comparable Rubbermaid Commercial spatulas which it turns out are made in China.
Get the job done easy to cleanup Love this set. Perfect sizes and very easy to cleanup afterwards. Don't have to worry about them being damaged in high heats. Highly recommend.
Wonderful! I've had many different spatulas throughout the years but none can compare to these. These spatulas bend just enough to scrape anything out of bowls jars etc. They are just perfect from now on these are the spatulas for me. Thank you Le Creuset.

WMF Profi Plus Fine Strainer Well made piece of kitchen equipment!
carefully inspect! I love to cook. I want a kitchen stocked with beautifully feeling and looking plus perfectly functionally designed kitchen tools. You wouldn't think that combination would be so hard to find. I don't have a lot of extra money but this is all important to me and I am slowly upgrading my kitchen tools to satisfy this motto. Anyway this item has a beautiful weight and feel I'm sure it works great. buuuut half of the WMF products that I order from Amazon arrive poorly packaged and with minor dents and/or scratches in the beautiful metal. I'm fine with these pieces developing those symptoms over time from use but not when it first arrives. I keep having to send them back. I highly suggest if you care that you carefully inspect each piece that arrives. Otherwise this is a beautiful piece. As others have noticed it is a fine mesh strainer which would work well for rice.
Best Sieve in the House I have a couple mesh sieves and I thought they worked well until I started using this I got almost 1.5 tablespoons of debris from my homemade chicken stock that had already been run through my best strainer. The shape helps it sit well in my Pyrex measuring cups both the one and two cup and was great for flipping doughnuts.
Well made piece of kitchen equipment! For getting vegetables out of liquid without having to dump all the water first this handheld strainer is great! It would also be great for fishing out small items you might be frying. The strainer is first quality and is a great addition in the kitchen over a slotted cooking spoon.
wmf mesh strainer The item was received in when promised except when I received the item it was the box was worn and dusty. The condition of the box was not that of something that a new item should have come in.
Extra Fine Mesh Strainer is EXTRA FINE Just want to express how happy I am with this strainer. I was searching for a strainer that would get all of the pulp out of my fresh carrot juice. This does a great job of that. So much better than any strainer that I have found in the local stores. So if you are looking for a strainer that is supper fine but not so fine that liquid will not quickly run through it then this is the one for you.

Trudeau Melamine Mixing Bowls Set Breaks easily
dont buy these! the entire bottom of the big red bowl cracked out after 2 normal uses. have not yet used the other 2 bowls but i expect the same from them. looked at the return policy and it is not even worth returning unless you are a diehard for justice SO BE WARNED. would give them them no stars if possible.
Okay forgetabouttupperware! Move over tupperware! These bowls are so great I have been using them for months now and am buying my daughter some now too. I love the non skid lil ring around the bottom that keeps them in place on the counter while you mix. They are super light weight and good also for your microwave popcornnice n lite in yer lap while ya munch away while watchin TV. I use them to mix inserve infruit saladbright and cheeryand the price is unreal for what you get.
Great Bowls Initially I thought these bowls were too small. It turns out that they are the perfect size for most of my mixing needs. They are colorful and most definitely sturdy. They are easy to clean and store. Would love another set in different colors.
HUGE HIT! I gave these to my aunt for Christmas. She has since ask me where I got them so she can get them for all her daughters for gifts.
trudeau mixing bowls These bowls are great different sizes come in handy. Had a old Trudeau bowl and loved it so happy to have these.
Tall nice color good quality I ordered these bowls and I am super happy with them. I like their colors the red is more pinkish than in the picture but in a nice way like raspberry. The bowls are tall so that you can even beat whipping cream without fearing the cream to go overboard. The quality is great they feel pretty sturdy. Wouldn't spend more money on other bowls these are perfect.
Breaks easily I fell in love with these bowls the first time I used them. They were pretty a nice light weight comfortable to use and easy to clean.
Broken Have been waiting for these bowls for over a week and now they finally came but with two out of three bowls broken.
Great durable bowls Definitely a great set of mixing bowls. I only wish they came in larger sizes as well.
Great for your every day baking! These bowls work very well for my occasional baking sprees. I needed something that would be light and easy to clean and they definitely win in both categories. Even better they stood up to the ultimate test when I put my electric mixer in them.
