Sturdy and easy to clean. Calphalon sticks to its usual standards. I am a very intensive cook and demand a lot of my cooking utensils. These are sturdy nononsense nylon utensils. They have strong comfortable handles. And best of all clean up really easily even the mac'n'cheese that my kids allowed to dry. I'd recommend these highly.
