Le Creuset BB0733 sillicone spatulas I got tired of the cheap spatulas falling off the handles or turning yellow so I opted for the Le Creuset BB073316 Amazon.com Exclusive 3Piece Silicone Spatula Set White and so far I haven't been disappointed.
Wood handles. Cobalt blue. Silicone cooking implements with plastic handles are dumb unless you enjoy melted handles. These feel nice in the hand and I can lean them against the sides of a hot pan. I like the color a lot I suppose there must be folks who like the California palette that is infesting goods everywhere the weird oranges and greens that I swear are a practical joke. But I digress. These are good. Buy them and be happy. They're softer than traditional plastic spatulas so they clean bowls and pans better than the stiffer ones. Great for cooking and mixing.
Nice useful set These seem to be high quality and an excellent addition to your kitchen. I like the wood handles as you won't find them slippery to use regardless how messy your hands might have become while mixing stirring or cleaning. Nice they are made in USA too.
Cooks essential These are heat resistant and are stiff enough to stir a very heavy batter or scrape the good brown bits off the bottom of a skillet. My favorite thing is that the handles do not get hot when I leave it in the pot.
Like it not sure it's worth the money I do like these spatulas a lot but I'm not sure that the price difference between them and cheaper spatulas justifies the purchase. The sturdy handle is definitely nice and a noticeable upgrade over the basic. But at the end of the day it is just a spatula.
great spatulas Really like the heat resistance of these spatulas. Really do not like the wooden handles. One of them bit the dust before I got the plastic wrapper off because the livein pooch found them irresistably chewy. The handles come off not good with heavy batters and of course they cannot go in dishwasher or especially be left accidentally in a bowl of water. Even though they are fairly slick soaking is necessary to remove burned on sugar from making caramel syrup. You have to be very careful to only soak the silicone tip not the handle. I do wish the description had stated the handles were wooden. I would have bought something else. So the four stars is because they are truly nice quality but the drawbacks make them not my favorites.
Second time purchase because they are so great These work great. I bought these same ones for a second time for a different house. They are sturdy and the wood doesn't burn like plastic does when cooking.
MADE IN THE USA I was so happy to receive these items. They are well made work well the handle feels good in the hand and they are not made in China. They were also less expensive than comparable Rubbermaid Commercial spatulas which it turns out are made in China.
Get the job done easy to cleanup Love this set. Perfect sizes and very easy to cleanup afterwards. Don't have to worry about them being damaged in high heats. Highly recommend.
Wonderful! I've had many different spatulas throughout the years but none can compare to these. These spatulas bend just enough to scrape anything out of bowls jars etc. They are just perfect from now on these are the spatulas for me. Thank you Le Creuset.
